Rotshtein real-estate ltd is a public company that deals with the implementation of large residential projects that include diverse engineering works and stands behind large residential complexes all over Israel.

The project is located in Petah Tikva, Israel and covers an area of 1500 square meters. The company's occupation in the field of construction inspired the design of the project, which is based on minimalist architecture that combines concrete, wood and natural light as raw materials.

The space reflects the urban environment in which it is built and is based on the relationship between architecture and nature by using raw materials such as natural stone, marble, concrete, walnut wood, mineral plaster, metal, glass and more. By using clean lines and a precise and elegant palette of materials, we created a space that transmits power and reputation while at the same time harmony, modesty, intimacy and warmth.

This villa in Cala Santanyí is the typical example of the style of construction that emerged during the tourist boom of the 70s on the Majorcan coast. A house without particular architectural charm, nevertheless the location is ideal with breathtaking views of the sea and pine forests of the south of the island. We immediately noticed in our client an innate curiosity for the local culture and a genuine intention to connect more with the island and its inhabitants. Most summers of his childhood, the family only enjoyed the house and then returned to their hometown in Germany; Today, our client wanted to understands its surroundings and pass on this vision to future generations. Pastry Club Woda is located in an old boilerhouse within the historic Rother’s Mill complex on Mill Island in Bydgoszcz. It is surrounded by water. It is a popular place that attracts people with cultural events. Mill Island is also closely related to the inland water transport of grain and the production of flour. It was important to us to emphasise those aspects in the interior. For this reason, we decided to focus on colours. Cobalt-coloured floor, bar, and equipment make the water literally flow inside. The streamlined cobalt bar divides the interior in half, this way it navigates the movement of the customers. Everyone flows freely inside to later flow out with the current. The layout and the current do not allow for any sudden turn to the technological area; the direction of movement is as natural as the moving water.

Responding to a brief for more living space and better connections from living areas to the outdoors, Tribe created an appropriately scaled extension to the main home within which a new upper level is concealed, as well as a new rear-lane garage with studio above. From our first site visit, we were stunned by the location and potential the site offered. Despite the many restrictions, our work aimed to respect the existing site and building and preserve part of its history. In the heart of the alternative culture of London’s Camden town, these former Monty Python film studios were completely renovated into a family home as well as the studio of a fashion designer. The series of buildings (totaling more than 3000 m2) were divided into various living and workspaces, including a design studio, a separate projection room, inner courtyard, several bedrooms, and entertainment rooms. The buildings were elegantly joined by a glazed bridge. Arriving via a discreet entrance and a long path of nature, you are welcomed into the main living room with its 5-meter-high ceilings. The residential project named Sotogrande, was a refurbishment project and interior design intervention of a mid-century Spanish villa to preserve its modern spirit. Sotogrande is a residential development in southern Spain. Originally conceived as a gated community, located in San Roque, a little municipality 25 km east of Gibraltar overlooking the Mediterranean, in Cadiz, Andalucía. The scope of work was a complete refurbishment of a villa, built in the late seventies. When we first visited the existing building, we came across with an all-white modern home. The original layout comprised the main structure which held the public program including living and dining room, kitchen; four suites, a guest room and a game room. Capulines is located in Bosques de las Lomas, a residential neighborhood west of Mexico City, characterized by its rugged topography. The architectural project designed by a Mexican architecture firm, consists of two houses on 3 levels with independent entrances. The access to Capulines Garden Villa is through the upper floor at street level. On the entrance floor, we proposed a multipurpose room with a gym, both surrounded by windows in order to see the ravines of Bosques de las Lomas. These rooms have independent access to the rest of the house. The main access consists of a sculptural wooden staircase that goes down to a study that adjoins the terrace and the garden. On this level, there is a double-height gallery that vestibules the private area of the house. On the basis of the design capacity and records accumulated in recent years, Studio In2 has optimized and improved its past approaches for them to be introduced in space and traffic line design. In consideration of retaining the initial function of each space, we used the existing structural volume of a building to create spatial layers and used the scene for image composition. Built in the 1880s for a prominent pastoral family, the house was once the centre of a vast working farm, with attendant outbuildings, stables, kitchen gardens, and a general store which served as a focus for early European settlement in the area. After more than a century in the hands of the family who built it, the house was bought by a young family relocating from the city. Time had not been kind to the buildings, and the new owners faced a substantial amount of work to make the house shine once more. This task was divided into five tranches of work. The raw, honest, and cozy stable is set in a rural landscape surrounded by dense buildings and picturesque fields. The Horse House is a new facility for the breeding and training infrastructure of the Ludwiczak Stables.

Context. The village of Jaroszewo is built up of houses and farm buildings with varied materials, shapes, scales, and geometry of the roofs. There are picturesque fields all around, cut by the nearby expressway. The Horse House fits into a densely built-up plot with a house, existing stables, and farm buildings.

Function. The building consists of a full-size hall for training with obstacles, a stable with eighteen stalls for horses, a warehouse, and a social area with a kitchen, study, tack room, and a viewing area on the mezzanine. The Bismarck House is the younger sibling of a pair of semi-detached dwellings in Bondi. The design uses raw materials and sculpted spaces to integrate house and garden while orchestrating social interactions between the more public areas of the house and the laneway that runs along the semi’s northern boundary.

Our conceptual starting point for the project was to map the detailed context of the laneway: a long thin footprint immediately adjacent to the gritty rear-lane access for multiple commercial properties fronting onto Bondi Rd.

Into this context the ground floor of the house was conceived spatially and materially as a continuous garden between the boundary walls of the site. Residents of Warsaw can now enjoy a new public space in the center of Warsaw. Before, it was a busy junction not at all resident-friendly. Now, a square has been created there, with 22 maples, urban furniture, and pedestrian priority. WXCA is responsible for the design. This fragment of the city has been one of the busiest places in the capital for over 100 years. Since the 1960s, mostly vehicle traffic encroached into this space, slowly pushing pedestrians out, although they still constituted a significant portion of those traveling through it. This space recently underwent a spectacular metamorphosis and a pedestrian priority urban square with mature trees and modern small architecture elements was designed here. RITA apt is a minimalist apartment located in the historic city center. Prior to the design process, the space had no partitions, and all the apartment's windows faced only one side. Our task was to design the space in such a way that the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and office would have natural light. Therefore, we divided the bedroom and office with a glass and wood partition, while the kitchen and living room were combined in a single space. Closer to the entrance, we arranged a wardrobe and a bathroom behind other partitions. By the way, we also managed to introduce some natural light into the bathroom through a skylight. The organic wooden sauna “SAZAE” is built at the center of the glamping facility “SANA MANE” near the small inlet of Naoshima.

The biggest challenge was the wood masonry, made by stacking 150 layers of CNC-processed 28 mm thick plywood. The solid wood sauna has an average wall thickness of 450 mm to ensure the performance of heat insulation and heat retention.

The exterior has countless folds like a shell, giving the surface an impressive shadow. Inside, the pleats are shaped gently to conform to the body and provide a comfortable sitting experience. Only the oculus lets light in, creating a meditative experience.

Although this spiral pleated geometry was complex using 1,500 plywood sheets, the design of the shape and the plywood paneling were controlled by 3D CAD and programming.

Casa Cedros is one of the most recent projects for the studio and undoubtedly encompasses entirely Aagnes's aesthetic. The house is located in Tapalpa, a town in the southern mountains of the state of Jalisco, in Mexico. The architectural project was design by Sergio Ortiz, a renowned architect who has taken up from his own voice the most outstanding elements of the so-called Tapatío School of Architecture (also known as Mexican Regionalism with its origins in Guadalajara). The aim of our interior design is to create a lifestylish, urban and warm atmosphere that stands out from the usual pseudo-traditional clichés of mountain lodges. We create a contemporary design with clean lines and use of local woods. Simple materials are handcrafted to a high standard. Traditional details, implemented in a modern way, refer to the mountain world and history of Stoos: For example, we have enlarged and abstracted historical silver ornaments from Central Switzerland into the concrete walls of the corridors of the entire building. The Stonehouse is extremely solid on the outside, hollow and light on the inside. A small building entirely covered with travertine. “Da lontano era un’isola”, it looks like one of Munari’s stones. It is a fortress that presents a strong dichotomy between inside and outside. You have to knock on the travertine door to enter, and when you get in the interior becomes a cavum, a void that generates continuous changes of perception. Faced with an extremely small surface, the strategy was to work with space and with the theme of looking and being looked, contemplating as a creative act. This photography studio is located on the fifth and sixth floors of a small six-story building. It can be rented for seasonal apparel brand looks, product photography with models for e-commerce sites, and exhibitions. As a result of its purpose, most of the space is taken up by plain white walls, wooden walls, white ceilings, and simple concrete floors, which are needed by many users.

The challenge was how to create a unique photo spot just by this studio within that situation. The fifth floor features a concrete staircase and a concrete box that encases the elevator. The staircase itself has been polished to reveal the encapsulated gravel. By designing an irregular stonework sculptural staircase amidst the orderly white walls and concrete floor, the staircase becomes more than just a means of transportation - it becomes a stay that accentuates the clothes, shoes, and models.

Located in one of the most unique buildings on Paseo de Recoletos, this space has particular features, such as the curved windows looking onto the street and the lengthwise load-bearing wall creating a long corridor. This was critical when creating the layout and adapting to the needs conveyed by the client. The large entryway displays a checkerboard floor and boasts a specifically designed green-lacquered piece of furniture that delimits the entryway on one side and is used as a coat closet on the other. A 1960s Italian table designed by Ettore Sottsass with a round base, a Carrara marble top and a black metal cylindrical column determines the circulation and makes the entryway more engaging, along with the ‘Eros’ console table by Angelo Mangiarotti.
